This website was created and is being maintained by Joseph J. Wielebinski, Receiver for the Defendants and Relief Defendants in the enforcement action brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. On Friday, September 28, 2007, the Receiver filed with the court his Final Report, Request for Authorization to Make Final Distribution, and Motion to Discharge Receiver (the "Final Report"). The Receiver anticipates that the Court will Approve the Final Report and grant the relief requested therein.
This Final Report is important to all Le Club Prive claimants holding approved claims that were received by the Receiver more than 6 months after the Court-ordered Claims Bar Date ("Non-Plan Claims") and to those claimants listed on Exhibit "A." For those holding Non-Plan Claims, this Final Report provides for a mechanism through which you will receive a pro-rata distribution of funds based on your approved claim amount. Those distributions will occur as soon as practicable after the court approves the Final Report and grants the Receiver the relief sought therein.
